Do I need to have an account to order?
  • Yes, you can register with your mobile phone or mailbox, you can also place an order as a guest.

What if I forgot my password?
  • On the login page, click “Lost password? ” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

What payment options are available?
  • We currently take credit card payments in the form of Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, T/T.

Is my payment information safe?
  • Your payment is secure. We use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How long will it take for my payment to be processed?
  • Most Order Payments Will Be Processed And Authorized Within 48 hours.

How can I cancel or change my order?
  • If your order has not processed to ship yet, we will be happy to assist you in cancelling your order. Simply contact us through the Email.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?
  • Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

What if I typed the wrong order information?
  • Please contact us, so we can change your address, name, and phone number.

How do I track my order?
  • We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order. You can track your order here.

What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order? And my order hasn't arrived, what can I do?
  • If something is still missing or not arriving , please contact us immediately.

How do I return an item?
  • If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. No return is allowed in principle without quality problems.
